90-Day Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to 24hr Supply within 90 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below. You must contact us, and we will provide you with the address you should return the item(s) to.

If your original order included free items, you must return all associated items for a full refund; the retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total.

Defective or Damaged Items

For parcel items, if you receive damaged items, you must notify within 5 days of receipt to potentially receive a refund.

For LTL items, if an item is defective or damaged, refuse delivery and note the damage on the BOL. Please be aware that damage claims are only handled by the carrier and that the carrier only reimburses damage claims if the damage is noted on the document (BOL). We strongly encourage you to inspect the item when it arrives to you before signing any documents. If you suspect that the item was damaged, please note so on the BOL and refuse delivery. Additionally, please call us and email us within 30 minutes of delivery to potentially receive a refund. Again, if there is a BOL for the delivery, only sign it if you are sure there is no damage. must be notified of defective products within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, we will not be able to provide even a partial refund.

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.

We will do our best to file warranty claims for you for the lifetime of the warranty. If the warranty is approved we reserve the right to give you a replacement rather than a refund. After 90 days from the order, the credit card processors do not allow us to process a refund. In those cases, we will provide a store credit if we can't provide a replacement. 

Received Incorrect Products (Not What You Ordered)


In the rare event we send you the wrong products, please notify within 5 days of receipt.

All returned products must be unused and in the original packaging. All parts of the items must be present when return. We can't accept partial returns. Additionally, we can't accept returns for items once they've been installed. We reserve the right to determine if an item was used through our expert inspection. 

Return shipping cost

Although we do our best to satisfy our customer's needs, we understand that sometimes customers need to return their item. Therefore, if we made an error we will cover the cost of return shipping even on LTL orders. If we shipped the correct item, we will not cover the cost of the return shipment. The customer is responsible for the return shipment.


Please allow 5-7 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.

Missing items

After 90 days of purchase, we can't guarantee a refund or replacement for missing items in an order.

Refunds & Credits

The 90-day return policy only applies when the item was not used. If the items were used and you believe they are defective contact us immediately and we will help you with the warranty claim. Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. 

Limited Liability

24hr Supply is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. 24hr Supply is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. We reserve the right to update the above policies at any time. If an item was installed or is not in its original packaging, we can't guarantee a full refund.

Additional Information

You may return most new, unopened items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Sales for items that are on backorder such as items that say "pre-order now" on the item page are final. There is no cancelation or returns allowed. Please be aware that these items are often not stocked by us and will be purchased by us specially for you. Therefore, we can't accept cancellations or returns on such orders.

You should expect to receive your refund within a week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
