When will my order ship?
We generally ship out orders within 24 hours. Orders placed before our cut-off time will generally be shipped out the same day. Our cut-off time is 2 pm EST Monday through Thursday for most items. On Friday, our cut-off time is 12 pm EST. For heavy or bulky items, such as boilers and water heaters, our cut-of time is 12 pm every day. Orders do not ship on Saturday. Will I get a call to make sure I'm available for the delivery of heavy items?
Yes! The carrier will schedule an appointment with you before delivering boilers, water heaters, or other heavy items. At checkout, you will see the shipping method your item will be shipped with. If you see that your order will be shipped with LTL, you will be contacted to make sure the carrier delivers the items only when you are available.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
No. We don't charge a restocking fee for returns within 90 days of your order. However, we may need to charge return shipping as per the policies outlined below. When charging return shipping, you will not need to pay upfront. Rather, it will be deducted from the refund or store credit once the return is accepted.
Received incorrect products (not what you ordered)
If we sent you the wrong item, you can return it free of charge. We won't charge you for the return shipping. If you paid shipping when placing the order, we will refund that along with the amount you paid for the item.
Received correct products (no longer needed)
If we shipped you the right item, we will need to charge return shipping. Since we shipped out the correct item, we can only provide a refund for the item. Therefore, if you paid for shipping when placing the order, such as when the order total is under $99, the shipping fee is non-refundable.
