When will my order ship?

We generally ship out orders within 24 hours. Orders placed before our cut-off time will generally be shipped out the same day. Our cut-off time is 3 pm EST Monday through Thursday for most items. On Friday, our cut-off time is 12 pm EST. For heavy or bulk items, such as boilers and water heaters, our cut of time is 12 pm every day. Orders are generally not shipped out Saturday or Sunday. For orders above $500, we can ship out and have items delivered the same day near NYC for a fee. The fee will depend on the size of the items.

Will I get a call to make sure I'm available for the delivery of heavy items?

Yes! The carrier will schedule an appointment with you before delivering boilers, water heaters, or other heavy items. At checkout you will see the type of shipping method your item will be shipped with. If you see that your order will be shipped with LTL, you will be contacted to make sure the carrier delivers the items only when you are available.
