304 Stainless Flange Adapters Built for Corrosive Service

Carbon steel adapters rust in wash-down areas, brine lines and chemical feed piping, and rust flakes end up in the fluid. A 304 stainless flange adapter removes that problem. It lets grooved stainless pipe bolt to a flanged valve, tank connection or pump without introducing a metal that corrodes differently from the rest of the system.

The Gruvlok A7084SS is the main part here: a Schedule 10, 304 stainless, Class 150 adapter. Available diameters are 2" through 12". The category also lists two Anvil F-2 adapters, but those are galvanized rather than stainless, so check the material before ordering.

Systems that are not corrosive and run on plain steel pipe are better served by carbon steel flange adapters, which cost less. Keep stainless adapters for the lines where the material actually matters.
