Meet our team
Steven is a Licensed Master Plumber who brings a boots-on-the-ground reality to every product decision. His career started in the trenches of residential service and expanded to manage complex commercial infrastructure. He specializes in the practical side of modern piping and helps clients choose between PEX and Copper.
Steven focuses heavily on water quality and the often overlooked field of backflow prevention. His passion lies in teaching homeowners why a code-compliant repair beats a quick fix every time. He also advises on disaster prevention for flood-prone basements and holds an HVAC certification as well.
