Description
Test-Tite now offers a totally redesigned series of pneumatic test plugs (1-1/2” - 4”) with
pressure relief (PR) valves. The built-in PR valve releases excess pressure if the plug has
accidentally been overinflated. This patent-pending design prevents damage to the plug and
increases user safety on the jobsite as overinflated plugs can easily rupture causing downtime
and possibly injuries. Test-Tite PR plugs typically have a longer life-expectancy than traditional
non-pressure relief plugs because the natural rubber body is not exposed to unnatural
stress that occurs from over-inflation.
