The Hercules 60458 Clear PVC Primer is designed for use on PVC pipe and fittings prior to solvent cement application. It cleans and softens the surface of PVC pipe and fittings to help ensure proper solvent welding. The clear formula will not stain most surfaces and is suitable for use with all schedules and classes of PVC pipe.
