Description
Interceptors and risers are not designed to withstand water table height in excess of the top of the unit when buried. If there is a possibility that groundwater will come into contact with a grease interceptor or solids interceptor, the unit must be installed with an anti-flotation anchor kit. At-risk areas include but are not limited to tidal surge areas, floodplains, and areas that receive stormwater.
