All tanks ship with temporary covers that must be replaced with either 2 P24-GI pedestrian covers or 2 T24-GI traffic covers. Covers are sold separately.
The Schier GB-500 grease interceptor offers top-tier certified grease capacity with 25% kitchen solids retention. It supports flexible installation above grade (with AGS2 support kit), below grade (with FP24 risers), and in both indoor and outdoor settings. Its triple outlet design provides multiple plumbing configurations, including remote pump-out capability when used with the PP3 adapter.
