SDR 35 GASKETED FITTINGS
Tigre USA sets the standard by offering industry leading SDR 35 Gasketed Fittings Injection molded from 4” to 12” and fabricated fittings are sourced from 15” to 36”. SDR 35 fittings are constructed to best work underground, at a depth no greater than 9’. Features a dual lipped gasket. Where solvent welding fuses the pipe and fitting together into one, gasketed fittings use a mechanical joint to join the pipe and fitting. Manufactured to ASTM Standards, NSF Certified. Tigre USA parts are made in the USA.
Gasketed Fittings:
- Manufactured in accordance with ASTM D-3034, ASTM F-1336 and CSA B182.2.
- Injection molded from virgin PVC compound having a cell classification of 12454 or 13343 in accordance with, and certified by the NSF to meet ASTM D-1784.
- Gaskets manufactured in accordance with ASTM F-477 or ASTM F-913.
- Gasket joints comply with ASTM D-3212 Internal Pressure Test (ex-filtration) and Vacuum Test (infiltration) with gasketed joint misalignment and 5% top load deflection.
- Gaskets shall be firmly seated in fitting in order to ensure proper installation and to prevent dislocation or misalignment during system assembly.
- Third party tested, certified and listed by NSF to meet specifications defined in ASTM D3034, ASTM F1336 and CSA B182.2, where applicable.
