Shipping Policy

Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours, subject to the cut-off times below. There are two types of shipments: parcel and LTL (Less-than-Truckload). Most items ship with parcel. Heavy items, such as boilers and water heaters, ship with LTL. 

Cut-off Times

  • Parcel orders ship out the same day if ordered before 2:00 pm EST. 
  • LTL shipments ship out the same day if ordered before 12:00 pm EST.*
  • On Friday, all items ship the same day only if ordered before 11:00 am EST. 

*Water heaters taller than 70 inches may take 2-5 business days to ship out.

Shipping Destinations

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We may be able to deliver to you on the same day you placed an order. Please reach out to us to see if this applies to your zip code area. If you are shipping to NYC, you can get free same-day shipping over $500 (if ordered before 12 pm).

Additional information

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Although we work diligently to ensure that the LTL shipping quotes are as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to update you about a change in the shipping cost prior to the item being shipped out.

For LTL shipments, if you choose to decline delivery or cancel the order, you are responsible for the delivery and return shipment costs. This applies once the order has been shipped out from our New York shipping facility.

If the fulfillment of an order is held up by an event outside our control, such as the weather or order verification processing, we will ship out your order as soon as possible with the shipping method you selected at checkout. In all events, we will do our best to honor the shipping method, but we may not be able to honor the arrival time.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
